Found -The Simple Secret of Success

There are two types of people who read self-help books ondifferent aspects of life.  One actionoriented achievers who wants to achieve more, who are in minority.  The other is people who are in majority whobuy and read these books and attend seminars are non-achievers, who seldom areable to change their lives through the self-help books.  At the most what they achieve is increasing the“knowledge bank” losing their self image for not acting and seeks another bookand another seminar.  Why?

What happens when a person who regularly exercises gets a fabulousbook on Yoga which helps him have three dimensional gain, body-mind-soul.  He obviously learns and incorporates yoga inhis exercise regime.  What happens when abusinessman committed to his business gets a chance to improve his net-worth byattending a seminar on business practices or a book like “Secrets ofMillionaire Mind,” he put his newly acquired knowledge into practice to growhis business and become a billionaire.  Butthe results of millions others who read the same books are dismal.  Why?

Reading cannot bring about any physical change, unless itcan change the thought patterns which result in action.  For example in his book The Secrets of the MillionaireMind, Mr Ekersays that to increase your net-worth you need to provide value to as manypeople as possible by getting the leverage of business model in action.  A provider learns this and looks for ways to providemore, become more successful, but for many successful students there will manyfailures.  Why?

In my last post I said thoughts lead to feelings andfeelings lead to action (from Mr Eker). Then, what is the difference between the thoughts of a person who takesaction after reading the book and the thoughts of a person who don’t take anyconsiderable action enough to achieve measurable success?  Is there any secret that can make you act continuouslyand if so what is it?

What is the Secret of the One Who Acts?

Do I know the answer?

Yes of course I know the answer

The achievers have the momentum or at least know how to create, increases,  maintainsthe momentum.  We need to create momentum and keepit going.  The stronger the momentum, theeasier to maintain it.

This leads us to another question

How to Create the Momentum?
Simple….. Just remember the way you used to skate in yourchildhood your childhood, giving a strong initial push with all your power.

Make the initial step as strong and powerful as it can beand you will reach your goal.

Can You Become Wealthy - Find Out

It has been a couple of days since I wrote.  There are two reasons, one is I became verybusy with a new book which I have “attracted”. The book is called “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.”  As I mentioned many times in this blog, The MasterKey System gave to the ability to constantly watch my thought.  This thought watch process made me aware ofthe thousands and thousands of useless thoughts, negative thoughts, disempowering thoughts.  I always wantedthe majority of my thoughts to be empowering. But what are the thoughts, whatare there structures of those thoughts.

In a way, I asked many times and more intensely for the pastweek or so to have a mind which thinks like a person who is rich.  When I went back and read all the blogs andhubs I have written in the past four years, I never saw myself using the wordslike money, investment, savings, net worth, income, expenditure, insurance, funds, budget, finance, interest, real estate, and many more words which arevery important to someone who wants to make money.  It is obvious that I never used these wordsoften in my real life.

When I was observing my thoughts through the process of TheMaster Key System, I found no thoughts about the words which make rich peoplerich.  I never saw rich people talkingabout attracting wealth.  They attractwealth because of their thoughts.  Theirthoughts are always about making money and keeping money, I knew this.  But what are the thoughts????.  As I mentioned earlier I have many friends whichbecame rich, but as for as money and business is concerned I am an outsider tothem and I rarely had a privilege of observing their words when they are in a casualbusiness discussion.

I strongly believe in Law of Attraction, and I believe thatI attracted this book because I wanted to change my thoughts while I am goingthrough this journey with Master Key System. How a millionaire thinks and whathe does is the subject of this book.  Howhis brain is programmed (P), how he thinks (T), what his feelings (F) are andhow he acts (R) getting the results what he gets.

T. Harv Eker, the author of this book “Secretsof the Millionaire Mind.”  Gives processof manifestation as
                                    P→T→F→A = R
So to change thethoughts I need to change the programming my mind itself.  This book is a guide to re-program our mind.

Don’t You Dare Tell Anyone

As I mentioned a couple of times, I have a strong belief inLaw of Attraction.  The reason is anumber of incidents very small happened to me. I wrote about my restless mind.  Iwas not looking for an answer, at least not from the religion.  Today as I am writing this post I amdifferent man.  My mind is not restlessand I am able to concentrate on blocking the thoughts (negative thoughts)relatively easily.  Ask You Will BeGiven.

But whenever I told anyone (especially relatives) about myintension and share my progress, there was an immediate negative impact on theprogress.  This happened to me many timesespecially when there is blankness in the face of the person listening eitherbecause he is not about get the point you are trying to explain or he is notinteresting in your goals, desires, etc.

If you don’t believe me, just try it.  Tell someone who don’t understand what youare trying to do.  For example, telling amotor mechanic who never went online to either search or by that you are tryingto make money online.  He should not be aperson who believes your way of thinking.

On the contrary, if the person is exited about your goal andencourages you whole heartedly, this works positively on you.  I believe that the inability of the person tounderstand you or his lack of interests makes you uncomfortable and you maydoubt your intensions.  A little negativefeeling is enough to have a negative impact on the Law of Attraction model.

Today is the 14th day and should be the last dayof part-2, but I think I am not ready for the next part yet.  The guru inside tells me that I am not readyfor the next part.  So I am going tocontinue with the second exercise itself for a couple of more days.  I realized that these exercises cannot bedone with time-table because you may or may not be able to successfullycomplete one part and be able and ready for another part.  I hope this will not take me more than 24weeks… may be a week or two more.

Don't Kill Your Guru

The Master Key System had a positive impact on my life withinless than a fortnight.  But this is justa first step and the journey is a long one before I reach the goal which Iconsider success through this system.  Iam unable to post on a daily basis but I am writing notes in my diary on adaily basis.  These notes have become thesubject of my posts, and though I am posting irregularly I am covering each dayof this journey.

When I started my second week one sentence in The Master KeySystem made me think a lot about the importance of having a guru.  The lines are “Last week I gave you anexercise for the purpose of securing control of the physical body; if you haveaccomplished this you are ready to advance”. If you have accomplished this, you are ready to advance.  Am I ready to advance?…. Have I achieved fullcontrol of the physical body…..?  I thinkonly a guru can answer these questions but unfortunately I do not have one.

I think this is the reason why the self-improvement books I have readcould not help me.  We need a guru totake us though the process evaluating our progress continuously.  Just reading books and trying the exercises isnot enough.    In the beginning of this journey I was awareof this problem of not having a guru who can evaluate my progress.  I have consciously decided to become both theguru and student and try to guide myself through this course.

In his book on change Mr Clive Simpkins says “Guru is  a Sanskrit word comprising the root Gu(darkness) and Ru (light).  So a Guru isshe or he who leads one from darkness to light. There are many levels of 'guru.' From the truly superficial to thesublime.  From a 'duputy' or 'assistant'teacher (upaguru) to the Satguru, 'true or eternal teacher,' who facilitatesyour journey through spirituality and perhaps even to God-realisation.”

How wonderful it would be to have a true guru to take usthrough this course.  I think only thefortunate will get a true Guru and all the others like us should be satisfiedwith internet gurus, their books, seminars and one-day or one-week workshops payinghuge money.

Restlessness is discontent - and discontent is the firstnecessity of progress.  Show me athoroughly satisfied man and I will show you a failure- Thomas Edison.

Stupid Thoughts Can Kill Great Dreams

As mentioned earlier in this blog, The Master Key System hasgiven me a chance to observe my thoughts. I was shocked to observe the random thoughts and images which randomly popup on the surface of my mind.  In my lifeI have read a lot of books philosophy, psychology and books on spirituality aremy favorite subjects.  But almost 90percent of my thoughts are negative, mundane and useless. Most of the thoughtsinfluenced by these books and people like Ralph Waldo Emerson or films like theLast Samurai are no more happening subconsciously or consciously and this isreason for my restlessness and desperation.

I mentioned about my restless mind before.  Practicing meditational exercises describedin the Master Key System could not help my calm my restless mind, though therewas initial feeling of success.  Instead, these exercise increased my restlessness by making me watch these thoughts.   I got to know that it is impossible toachieve something which I can call success with this type of mind and itsthinking.  It is impossible to attract wealth, health and prosperity with these thoughts. Even if make some money (which willnot happen if Law of Attraction which I believe is true), I would not be ahappy person.

I have decided (with lot of hesitation) write about my thoughts.  These thoughts are mostly which createsemotions like jealousy, inferiority, and anger. There will be conscious thought to belittle the person whom I am jealousabout.  The emotional states were mostoften anxiety, anger, irritation, sense of inferiority etc.  I wanted change and I know I can changebecause I was not like this in the past.

I wanted to change and that change should happenimmediately.  I want these involuntarythoughts to be more positive.  The desirewas so intense but I do not know what to do. I can change my thoughts to positive my reading motivational quotes, butthe effect is always temporary.   That iswhen I wrote yesterday’s post.  I was notlooking for a way to change my thought consciously because I thought meditationwill have a positive effect on my thoughts. Meditation did have an effect on mymind but it was very short-lived.  I wascalm and positive only for a couple of hours and when I sat for eveningmeditation session, my mind would throw up only negative thoughts.

I mentioned Bhagavad Geeta, yesterday.  I read that book some 20 years back.  I don’t know why I mentioned that book, but afterpublishing yesterday’s blog post, I searched for that book.  I found the book among some old books which Ikept in a box and forgot about years back.   Once I started reading it, there was shift inmy mind.  I don’t know about you, you mighthave a different book which can give you that shift of consciousness to alittle higher plane, but this book always influenced my thoughts.  This shift in mind becomes infertile to thethoughts of jealous and inferiority.  Sothe involuntary thoughts have changed to positive and spiritualinstantaneously.  Who said change do nothappen suddenly.   Try this method especiallyif you have a restless mind with lots of negative thoughts. The reason of yourrestlessness is actually is because your soul is suffering the thoughts.  If you don’t prefer Bhagavad Geeta, try anybook which you are comfortable with. Bible is a good choice.  I havedecided to read this book on a daily basis apart from doing the exercises givenin The Master Key System.

A free e-book written by Mr Clive Simpkins called Change YourThinking; Change Your Life is available on his site and also in the download section ofthis blog.  You can try this book, seemsto be a good one (I just read a few pages). You can get Bhagavad Geeta for Busy People free e-book  (link given in the download section).

Change Your Life Now at This Moment

If Change Can Happen, It Should Happen Now.  I have read a lot of personal development booksand I came to know a lot of human being and his strengths and weaknesses.  I also read about different methods which canbe applied to bring in change.  The booksI have read are innumerable and some of the important ones are Psycho Cybernetics,Think and Grow Rich, Unleash the Power Within, Seven Habits of Highly EffectivePeople and many others.

Apart from these modern day personality development books Ihave also read a lot of books on spirituality. The most important ones are Bhagavad Gita Complete Works of SwamiVivekananda.  These books have given me alot of knowledge and a substantial change in my beliefs.  Before my interest in books on spiritualityand subsequently personal development, I used read a lot of serious literatureand sometimes popular literature.

Every book changed my perception of the world, but if youask me did they change my personality, I would say no.  My restless mind could never keep a singleidea for enough period of time that it can change my life.  Before I complete a book, there will be a newbook getting my attention.  This is thefirst time in my life; I have for the past 10 days pursuing a goal in personality developmentusing a book.  And without any doubt Ican say there is a positive effect of The Master Key System on me.  But before this about fifteen years back, I havespent ten days in an ashram learning Vipassana Meditation, which I stopped practicing immediately after coming out of the ashram.

With the vast knowledge on personal developmentI should have changed and should be living a fulfilling life, a life which I amproud about.  But this has not happenedand I know change happens only if it a compulsion.  If the desire to change for good is notstrong enough, no book can change us.  Mostof the successful people are naturally wired to be successful.  We do not have that privilege, we are wired differently, and as we grow older the wiring becomes stronger. These ten days of practice of The Master Key System gave me a lot of time to introspect.

I have seen alcoholics and drug addicts quitting the drink anddrugs when they hit the bottom and asking for help.  We do not have that privilege also.  We will never hit the bottom.  We always have a hope and there are enoughbooks around us to keep that hope alive, and believe me hope is not enough forus.  What we need is desire a burningdesire….. a continuous burning desire to achieve.  The burning desire should become red hot thatone day when the heat reaches its peak, change happens instantaneously in thatvery moment.

Practicing The Master Key System gave me a chance to developthat desire.  I would urge you to tryit.  Keep thinking about change…. Strengthenyour desire…… do not get distracted or complacent.  YOUR LIFE CAN AND WILL CHANGE AT THATDECISIVE MOMENT.

Avoid Distractions and Keep Focus

Controlling thought for about half an hour and indulging inall types of distractions throughout the day is not helping.  If you are like me someone who struggles tokeep focus on anything for more than a couple of minutes, you know how difficultit is to avoid distractions.  Everything aroundus tries to gain our focus on them and of course easily succeed.  Within a couple of minutes of focus on a particularsubject of interest, another thing grabs our attention.

In India, someone who wants to become a yogi needs to leavehis home and live in the ashram for Sādhana for years before he is go out andmingle with the society with a mind that can be easily controlled.  Care is taken that nothing distracts him fromthe Sādhana (Sādhana is a discipline undertaken in the pursuit of a goal). WhatI have embarked on is also a Sādhana and the goal I am pursuing is possession ofMaster Key which enables me to get exactly what I wish.

With such a goal in front of me and a restless mind by birth and with  wife, children, email accounts, websites, blogs, television, advertisements, absolutely everything around me trying to grab my attention; I am trying had to focus on  my Sādhana.  As a family man (Grihasthya),I cannot avoid my wife, children,  emailsetc.  I have stopped as mentioned earlierin logging into Facebook, stopped reading news paper or watching TVactively (television is always on with either my wife or my children in frontof it so I am a passive watcher).

When I try to avoid all distractions, my mind has a greatability to throw up all the useless images and sounds, both recent and distant past, I have happen to store inmy memory and make me involve in them.  I clearly know the goal of Master Key is not a easy one to be reached.  To successfully reach the goal, I think just half an hourof controlling thoughts is not enough and I have to try more, at least an hourper day. Even the stray thoughts entering into my mind as images, sounds and words need to be positive and useful.  For this I am trying focus on thinks which are important to me in life.

Source of Wealth & Prosperity - Sense of Success

Today I have created the “About” page of this blog where Iposted a picture which says the source of wealth and prosperity are ourthoughts, positive thoughts, prosperity thoughts, and thoughts ofabundance.   My strong belief in Law of Attractionbased on many incidents in my life where I have clearly had asense of the upcoming physical manifestation of my thoughts.

Though thoughts are the source of the manifestation of the desiredoutcome, I believe these thoughts should transform themselves into a feeling ora consciousness (something like a sixth sense) indicating the successful outcomeof the thoughts through law of attraction. I have experienced this many times in my life and that created a strongbelief in law of attraction.

Now you may ask me if I believed so strongly in law ofattraction why I am living a very ordinary life.  I could not achieve any measurable success tothis day because though I know I can attract and I know this is happeningthrough my thoughts, I do not know when and how the transformation of thoughts into a "sense" is takingplace and this does not happen always even when the thoughts are very strong.

I believe I can achieve the skill where the thoughts can be transformed in the sense which in turn attracts the desired outcome.  Most importantly I believe this can happen throughThe Master Key System.

Thought Control Technique and Sukhasan

Today is the eighth day of the course and first day ofpart-2.  This part’s exercise requires usto control the thoughts.  Mr CharlesHaanel asks us to inhibit all thoughts.  Inthe past, I used to read something very motivating and positive and meditate onthose positive thoughts and imaginations. This I used to do because in my opinion, it is easy to turn the thoughtsinto positive ones then completely inhibiting the thoughts.

The technique of concentrating on your breath, between theeyebrows, or on an external object like candle flame is designed to control ourmind by concentrating on an object.   Thereason I used to concentrate on my breathing is for this reason.

Master Key System asks us to inhibit all the thoughts andthe author says it will be difficult to hold thoughts m ore than a fewminutes.  Sitting in sukhasan (I havefound sukhasan more effective while meditating than sitting in my computerchair) I somehow tried to control my thoughts. As I tried to control my thoughts immediately I could feel my mindconcentrating on the “Christ Centre” (point between my eyebrows).  I could control my thoughts successful for acouple of minutes.  After the exercise, Iwas relaxed, lot more relaxed than the past seven days.  I am reading one chapter at a time andcompleting the exercises before going to the next chapter of The Master Key System.

As I mentioned earlier, I read a lot about Law of Attractionand meditation.  There is nothing new inthe first two chapters for me.  But theonly difference this time is my strong decision to complete the course.

Successful Personal Progress in One Week

I have successfully completed the Part 1 of The Master KeySystem with just one more session of meditation to go this night.  Tomorrow will the first day of Part 2.  The results of first week have been very positive.  There are many small positive changes whichhad a small but dramatic effect in my day to day life.

The changes I find in me are as follows:
 1.  I am littlecalmer now.
 2.      Criticism is not bringing sudden negativesensations in me and as a result I am more comfortable dealing with people.
 3.      Though my mind is still restless with continuousbombardment of   random thoughts, watching my thoughts gave mea little ability to change my thoughts actively.
4.      To have more focus on the tasks, I stopped multitasking.
5.      Though I wanted to completely stop logging intoFacebook, I have decided to spend maximum of half an hour on Facebook in theweekends.  This gave me a lot of freetime which I can use productively.
6.      There is a general sense of anticipation ofsuccess by the end of the course.
7.      My wife became more beautiful to my eyes.
8.      I am not as anxious as I was about my future andfuture of my family.
9.      I found myself enjoying self hygiene; I amspending more time in the bath and enjoying the process.  This was not possible with a restless mind.
10.  I am also eating my food slowly; experienceevery bit of the process of eating.

These are very small changes and I know I have miles togo.  I also know that I am on the righttrack because of the quality of life is positive.  The primary trait of successful people whom Iknow is the ability to stay calm in crisis, the quality which I do not possess.  Through this one week practice, I sense thatI will able to achieve that trait by following The Master Key System.

Purpose of This Blog

When I thought of this blog I wanted to write my everydayexperiences with regard to Master Key System, kind of a diary.  Then when I started writing on the first day,if at all someone wants “follow” this blog, I also wanted this blog to beuseful to them. I took care of the title and description of the blog and titlesof the posts keeping in mind people who happen to read this blog.

As you know my primary goal is success through The MasterKey System.  But watching my thoughtsover the past couple of days, I found that most of my thoughts are about thisblog and what I want to write on this blog. I also wanted to readers to come and subscribe to this blog.  I don’t want this blog to be my primarygoal.  I want Successful completion ofThe Master Key System course with an ability to achieve all the things I wantto achieve in my life.

So I have decided to keep my success in completion of thecourse as my primary goal and spend more time on that than the success of thisblog.  It does not mean this blog is notimportant to me.  The success of thisblog is not directly controlled by me.  Ijust want write whatever I think important in the process of the course, andleave the success of this blog itself in the hands of God.  Remember the trick I explained on Day-5?  Yes I am using that.  Oh if feels good now, I can have complete focuson The System itself now.

Start Meditating Stop Worrying

What I am practicing for the past five days through theMaster Key System is a form of meditation. Though I struggled with my sitting posture in the beginning, I am quite comfortablewhile meditating now for 15 minutes to half an hour daily.  I am discovering the best ways for me to dothis, and at the same time as a result of developing thought watching, I ampracticing more of proactive thinking.  Iexperienced a sudden worry attack, when I computer froze today and refused toboot again for a couple of minutes.  Thenit started and continued to freeze for a couple of times.  I became quite anxious because I am a computerilliterate though I work most of the day on it. Other reason for worry is I do my day job on my computer.  Microsoft error report told me that I have aproblem with my RAM but I don’t know how to fix it.

Just in the fifth day of my practice, I found that I amthinking in circles.  The thought of mycomputer is crashing and I am unable to work is the only thought which wasgoing in circles in my mind.  I took apiece of paper and wrote down the thought which is worrying me and wrote downthe solutions.  Suddenly, my mind calmeddown.  Now I know there is a solution andthat is taking my computer to the tech.

My worries did not end there, between the problem andsolution there is time gap and I cannot afford to lose that time because my jobinvolves completing the task in time. The only solution is to go to all the way to my office to complete thetask which I was not ready to do and I don’t know how to solve thisproblem.  So a part of the worry stillcontinued, and I don’t have a solution to think linear now.

This time I did something which someone close to mepractices.  I took a piece of paper wrotedown the problem and placed in near a small statue of a deity forsolution.  After doing this I meditatedfor about 15 minutes to get rid of the worrying thoughts.  Now I am not thinking about the problem, mymind is co completely calm and then I opened my CPU cabinet removed the dust, cleaned the fans and re-started the computer. This is late in the evening almost eight hours since my computer firstfroze and my computer is working without hitch.

Master Key System has given me the ability to watch my daily life and evaluate it.  I know that I have to achieve a lot before I can have the life which I am proud of.  What I went through today is not a great crisis and I also do not know whether the second trick where I placed worry in the hands of God to take care of will also work, but at the end of the day I had positive results.  Most of the problems in life are small and I think lot can achieve in life if we tackle these problems proactively.  We need to win a lot of small battles before we are ready for the war.  Great success will definitely bring in greater problems, let us be ready for that after all everyone practice Master Key System for greater success in life.

Sitting Still and Sitting Comfortable

Due to my past experience in meditation, I have decided topractice The Master Key System, Part 1 exercise sitting in sukhasan.  In spite of having a good experience insitting in “simple posse” it was very difficult for me now with loss ofpractice to sit still and sit straight.  Beingan Indian it should have been easy for me but not anymore with the chairs andergonomically designed computer chairs widely used in everyday life.  Westerners and city dwelling Indians like me findit very difficult to sit in Indian style for long period of time. It is verydifficult to keep your back straight. And if the sitting surface is hard, your bottom becomes numb after aprolonged sitting.

Yoga Chair the Best Option
As being comfortable is very important to practice MasterKey System, I have decided to sit my computer chair which is very comfortable sittingon for very long periods of time.  Theexperience of sitting still for half an hour (of course concentrating on mybreath) was very comfortable and profound. This shift from a restless mentalstate to very peaceful and clam very fast and I think this is because of myexperience in meditation.

The Master Key System practice and the decision to be consciousof the information presented in the Part 1, made me focus on my mind and the randomthoughts.  I hope this happens toeveryone how decides to practice the system seriously.  This gives you a clear picture of the reasonwhy your life is what it is at present.   I hope by the end of practicing the MasterKey System, the thoughts would be more progressive and empowering.

Calming the Restless Mind

The third day was very difficult to maintain my focusedconsciousness on the information given in part 1 of The Master Key System.  If you are like me someone who had not muchof success in maintaining a progressively lifestyle in all spheres of life iecarrier, relationships, wealth, health etc due to rest less thinking you know why it was difficult for you toattain success despite every kind of help you can get in this information era.

I have always failed to maintain my focus long enough toachieve success in any field.  That isthe reason why I decided to stick to the Master Key System for six monthswithout digressing to something which is interesting.   With a restless mind it is very difficult tocontrol the thoughts and focus the thoughts towards positive, goal oriented, solution oriented (rather than worry oriented) thinking.  It is also difficult not to stray intouseless thoughts (we might argue hard about the importance of knowing).  We get addicted to TV, news magazines, internet (blogs, facebook and youtube etc) because we can spend hours and hourswithout focusing on anything.

I know I cannot be wealth conscious and manifest abundancewith this type of restless mind but I have never done anything about thisseriously.  But not anymore, I havedecided to stop logging into facebook till I complete The Master Key SystemCourse.  Whenever I get time I will justsit still.  Everybody whom I know whoachieved good success in my society, has this ability to sit still.  If they don’t anything to do, they just sitstill.

Strengthen the Belief

I have continued with part one exercise of sitting perfectlystill and let the thoughts roam.  Assuggested by Mr Charles Haanel, practicing this exercise was quitedifficult.  With the bombardment ofthoughts taking me everywhere, I became restless.  They were mostly useless thoughts and someugly thoughts, and this made me restless and it was difficult to sit still.

To get rid of this restlessness, I tried to concentrate onthe point between my eyebrows know as Christ Center.  This did not help me much.  At this point, I have decided to concentrateon my breathing, just being conscious of my breathing with air entering into mynostrils going into my lungs with my chest expanding and the contracting withwarm air coming out of my nostrils.  Witha couple of minutes, this exercise could calm my mind down and the restlessnessdisappeared.

I have decided to do this exercise in the evening after myday job.  I had a hectic day, and aftercompleting the exercise for about 25 minutes, I could feel the calmness in me, ahigher level of consciousness.   Thecalmness continued all the evening to late in the night and I there is a wonderful calmness which I rarelyexperience while I am writing this post

After practicing the exercise, I have decided to read thepart 1 of The Master Key System.  Thereare two reasons for doing this.  One isto strengthen my belief and faith in the system and the other reason is to keepthe knowledge/teachings of this system in my conscious mind.  Today I have decided to concentrate on the 8thpoint of part one which says “The world without is a reflection of the worldwithin. What appears without is what has been found within. In the world withinmay be found infinite Wisdom, infinite Power, infinite Supply of all that is necessary, waiting for unfoldment, development and expression. If we recognize thesepotentialities in the world within they will take form in the world without”.

I have read this principle in different words before.  I have read this in the books on ancient Indianphilosophy, in the books by Dr Napoleon Hill, in “The Secret”.  But am I conscious of this principle all thetime? No.  If I am conscious of thisprinciple, why would I allow my mind to create so much negative thoughts? Ihave a strong desire to succeed this time, I have made a decision to have asuccessful outcome from The Master Key System, and so I have decided to be consciousof the principles taught in this system and I know this makes my journey easy.   To be conscious I have read and reread theseprinciples, think about them, accept them and keep them in my conscious mindtill they become a habit and regulate my thoughts.

Start with Success in Mind

“The Master KeySystem” contains 24 chapters to be practiced one each week.  After reading the first chapter, I havedecided to start practicing the exercises with strong belief in success by theend of 24 weeks.  I have a good reasonfor this which I would like to explain at the end of the 24thweek.  I have a strong belief in successbecause of my belief in Law of Attraction.  I hope you have the same belief in thislaw.  With out this belief anddetermining to succeed in completing this course, the effort will be halfhearted and the results will not be as dramatic as one would expect it to beand there is a risk of discontinuing the practice and going back to our routineaverage lives.

The first sentence in foreword starts with “some men seem toattract success, power, wealth, attainment, with very little conscious effort;…..” To become one of those “some men” I saidto myself that I have to strongly believe that at end of the course there willbe dramatic change in my life through the Master Key System.  Believe me to sit still for half an hourwithout prior practice of any meditation you need to have that strong beliefand expectation.

With this belief and determination to succeed, I sat in sukhasana(easy pose) for about half an hour without much difficulty.  I performed this just before going tobed.  In bed, I experienced a lot ofrestlessness both physical and mental, I could not sleep.   I think this happened due to physical andmental resistance to change.  My strongdecision to bring about dramatic positive change to my life created resistance whichmanifested this restlessness.  Failing tofall asleep, I have decided to write this post.
